Vntg FAN Travel Trailer Camper Dealer Sales Brochure Spec Sheet 9 Models 60's ?

You are bidding on an original dealer sales brochure/spec sheet for FAN travel trailers.  Nine models are covered.  I believe this is from the late 50's or early 1960's.
These brochures/booklets were used by dealers to educate (and entice) perspective new camper purchasers into considering their offerings. They provide lots of the info you would need to know to help you decide if one of these campers is for you. Many brochures, but not all, include information regarding standard equipment, optional equipment, unique characteristics, safety features, specifications, measurements, color choices, etc., etc. Many contain LOTS of really neat color pictures and are very well done. Condition:  Fair to good condition.  It has been hole punched for insertion into a binder.  It does have some wrinkling & paper loss on the bottom, front.  There is also a 1" tear on the right edge.  This is dealer stamped on the front (Five Corners Trailer Sales in Oneida, NY).
