    Original Government UX pioneer postal card mailed in 1890's. The card advertises the latest and most desirable garment in the market. Price .00. (That was a lot of money back in the 1890's!). A nice illustration of a Victorian era woman wearing one of their fashions along with a nice hat. The clothing was sold by A. Ellinger & Co., manufacturers of Cloaks, 278 to 286 E. Madison Street, Chicago.
    The illustrated side of the card measures about 6 inches high and about 3 and three-quarter inches wide.
