    Original Government UX postal card mailed in 1892 postmarked Syracuse, New York. The card advertises the prices of various fruits and vegetables sold by B. W. Roscoe of Syracuse, New York. The prices were as at Monday, September 19, 1892. A handwritten note states that "No pears in the market at present." Prices are set out for cranberries; sweet potatoes; tomatoes; onions; green peppers; peaches; grapes; bananas; lemons; and more.
    The card measures about 3 and three-quarter inches high and about 6 inches wide.
    Nice condition except for corner creases and wear. No tape. No thin spots. No pinholes.
