Description

The temperature probe is made of 1% high-precision thermistor with epoxy seal, which is waterproof and moisture-proof. The metal part of the probe is a temperature sensing point. The length of the connecting wire is 30cm by default. You can use a wire to extend it! Fix the probe to a heat source during use.
The governor is designed with high power and double voltage range. No matter what type of fan, no matter how many lines the fan has. Just make sure the voltage of the fan is 12V / 24V and the current is within 2A. The voltage version of the governor must be consistent with the voltage of the fan, and the current of the governor must also be consistent with the current of the fan.
How many fans can a governor connect to
Number of fans connected = current version of governor / current of single fan
For example, the customer orders the 2A version, if the fan current is 0.5A;
Number of connected fans = 2A / 0.5 = 4
Instructions:
1. Connect the power and fan wiring according to the interface instructions
2. Plug the temperature probe into the governor, and fix the metal part of the probe to the heating place
3. Turn on the power. The governor will adjust the fan speed according to the temperature detected by the temperature probe.
4.About the use of fixed mode and adjustable mode
4.1: In fixed mode, set the No. 10 switch to the F position, and the startup temperature of the governor becomes 30 ° C. When 30 ~ 50 ° C, the fan speed increases with the temperature, and when the temperature reaches 50 ° C, the fan runs at full speed.
4.2: Adjustable mode. Turn the No. 10 switch to the A position. At this time, the temperature range of the governor is set by the No. 11 potentiometer.
4.2.1: When leaving the factory, the No. 11 potentiometer is in the middle position (the corresponding starting temperature is 20 degrees)
* Turn the potentiometer No. 11 slowly counterclockwise, and the startup temperature of the governor will slowly decrease.
Turn it to the end, the corresponding starting temperature is 10 degrees,
* Turn the No. 11 potentiometer slowly clockwise to increase the startup temperature of the governor.
Turn it to the end, the corresponding starting temperature is 50 degrees,
