Description
Gorgeous Iridescent Victorian Ceiling TileToday I have for Sale this Incredible a Piece of Antique Ceiling Tile. This Tile that was Salvaged from a Building built in 1908s in Milwaukee .
I Stripped the Paint off of the Tin and Now it Reveals the Original Tins Colors. It is What i Call Carnival tin because With the Iridescent Colors just like Carnival Glass such as the Purple, Gold and Amber colors, Its Just Like Carnival Glass. The Different Colors are a Result from When the Metal is Heated before it was Pressed. This was Done so When it was Pressed that the Tin would Stretch and not Have Creases around the Patterns like the Newer Reproduction Tin Does.
. It Just Makes You Say WoW Every Time You See It. I have 2 Pieces sitting on my Fireplace Mantel and they Look Beautiful, Just Like that. Hang it on Your Wall, Frame it, Whatever You Do. I can Guarantee this Piece will Stand Out in Every Room and become a Conversation Piece for Years To Come.
The Tile is 12" x 12" #3972 and is shown in pictures1-3. picture 4-10 shows larger Tiles of the same pattern that are For Sale but not in This Auction. Any Questions, Just Ask....
Also shown are other pieces with the Paint Removed . The Pictures shows other variation of colors to the tin. (not sold in this auction but may be available upon request) ....... I Also have the Same Patterns of tin with less colors that may be sold for less. Its Very Chick and Very Cool. Great or projects like painting on them, using as picture frames, etc. Have a Great Day and best of luck on the
auction...............
Each Piece can be cut to any size you would like. You Could have 4)12x12s or 2)12x24s or a Single 24x24s
