Antique Victorian 1855 G.F. Mourning Brooch w/Woven Hair & Engraved Name/Date

Antique Victorian gold filled mourning brooch with woven hair and engraved with name and date. There are no marks for gold and doesn't test at 10K, but doesn't attract a magnet, so no base metals. Could be lower than 10K or a good gold plated/filled. Engraved on the back In Memory of Mary Mills, Obt. 23rd Sept, 1855 and A.E.? and '79. From what I researched Obt is for she died and A.E. is years of life. Hair is woven and under glass. The "C" loop has been re-soldered, a little messy, but secure. Measures 2" across.

USA all orders less than 1 lb. will be shipped USPS 1st class, large orders over 1 lb. will be shipped USPS Priority mail. The rest of the world will be shipped USPS 1st Class Foreign International UP TO 4 Lbs. We ship 100's of orders each week- all within 5 days.
