    Description

Antique Brass Russian Samovar 19th century N.A.Vorontzov po zakazu I.E Karajeva. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This samovar is manufactured at the order (П.З.) of Russian merchant I.E.Karajev (И.Е.Караджев) by the factory of N.A Vorontzov (Н.А. Воронцов) a famous Russian samovar manufacturer.
Nikolai Alexeevich Vorontzov was Russian merchant who opened his Samovar manufacturing factory in 1860s. His accent was on high quality instead of quantity. This samovar has very faint stamp ( which is also included in the pictures). Last picture is stamp of Samovar Factory of N.A. Воронцов for comparison.
Samovar has some dings and dangs which is expected in an item that was manufactured no later than 1917 and is at least 100 year old. ( Vorontzov factory was closed right after Russian Revolution in 1917)
