    postcard shows the Rascal House devil, with his tail, pitchfork, halo, tongue out and R on his hat. Wolfie Cohen's Rascal House restaurant was a Jewish delicatessen at the corner of 172nd Street and Collins Avenue in the heart of Motel Row in Miami Beach, Florida, between Sunny Isles Blvd and Golden Beach. Opened in 1954, it closed in 2008.
    Unused; excellent condition. Dark area at left is a cloudy-day shadow on photo-taking day... the postcard is fine.
