    Description

    This is an exquisite pair of sterling silver(marked 925)roosters.They weigh 200 grams each-400 grams total- and they are 11,4 cms high(4,8 inches)and 14 cms long(5,8 inches).They are meticulously handcrafted with detailed plumage and feathers .They are marked with the Birmingham L.Spiers -92(1892 )hallmarks.They are full of other marks as well,probably some are coats of arms of previous noble owners' families.To the best of my knowledge the were purchased in Paris in the 1960s.Thank you for reading,if any questions please dont hesitate to ask.
