    Here I added antique 1880 Vulcanite cameo to Handmade in 1880 Black Jet Wedding cake beaded 22" necklace . I used a (non removable), new gun metal converter to attach to necklace.
    The wedding cake beads are a type of lampwork bead of Murano glass. They look like little cakes with "icing" of swirls, dots, flowers and aventurine, which consists of metallic bits, usually copper, to give it sparkle.
    I am very Pleased to be able to offer such a rare lovely! A truly beautiful cameo featuring strong profile Beauty. This antique cameo itself if made of Vulcanite. Vulcanite of rubber & sulfur was Developed by Charles Goodyear (1800–1860) . This material can be molded when warm & cool becomes hard..
