For sale are 2 beautiful original tin ceilings from the 1800's. They are from a famous New Jersey estate. This auction is for both the tin ceilings sold as is where is, and is the responsibility of the purchase to have them removed by a professional insured company. The both tin ceilings have a cut out area for a fireplace and measure approximately 15'x15' and 14'x15'. We would be willing to split these up and sell one of the ceilings individually, so please call is so desired.
All tin is being sold as-is, as it is intact to the ceiling.  It is the buyer's responsibility to have an insured professional remove affixed tin from structure no later then 15 days after the auction ending (unless otherwise stated in writing).  No additional warranties are applied to the sale of tin (IE:  we do not know what is behind the tin, the condition of the back of the tin, what you see is what we know).  Buyer is responsible for any damages to the tin as they remove it and the seller is not held responsible nor will any discounts be applied after transaction is complete should the buyer damage any of the material.  All monies are to be paid up front, in full before tin is removed. There are absolutely no returns. If you have additional questions, please ask before buying.
The item is being sold in as is where is condition, with no representations, warranties and/or statements of fitness and/or merchantability implied whatsoever. The item is not warranted for any particular purpose or use. All liability rests solely with the purchaser and/or his successors and/or assigns.

Purchaser fully responsible any packaging and handling fees, shipping costs, etc.
Payment must be made in full prior to the item being picked up or shipped.
Pickup must occur within 15 days.
